My philosophy is pretty simple. I always try to put myself in my client's shoes and treat them like friends and family. In fact, a very high percentage of my business is through personal referrals. Whether buying or selling, this can be a really stressful time, so I try to make the process as smooth and calm as possible. No matter the price range, each and every transaction is unique and I will give you my undivided, one-on-one attention.
For Buyers, I really want to help them find the perfect home to fit their needs and "wish list". When working with someone who is relocating from another city, I know how important it is to get the children in the right schools and get the family involved in good neighborhood and social activities.
And for Sellers, my priority is to make their home as appealing as possible. That means paying attention to the details of pre-market repairs and estimates, staging the home so that it shows well, and pricing it realistically. These things combined with outstanding, creative marketing are just part of what I do to make sure my Seller's homes stand out from the competition.
